We make sends to any part of Europe.

For Spain (Peninsula): the delivery time is usually 48/72h (working days).

 

For the Balearic Islands the delivery time is usually 3 to 5 days (working days).

 

For the Canary Islands the delivery time is usually 5 to 7 days (working days).

 

For an EU country: the delivery time is usually 2-5 days (business days).

 

For a country outside the EU: with Standard Shipping the delivery time is 20-30 business.

Shipping costs apply per order.

 

Shipping fee is €6 for Spain (Peninsula). For orders over €130, free shipping.

 

Shipping fee is €10 for Balearic Islands. For orders over €130, free shipping.

 

Shipping fee is €50 for Canary Islands.

 

Shipping fee for the rest of Europe €16,5. For orders over €130 free shipping.

 

 

Returns

 

What is the return policy?

 

You have the right to change or return the items you have purchased at flyingburrito.eu within 100 days of receipt.
All products must be unused, with tags and packaging intact. If you decide to return any product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. As soon as we have received your return, We will proceed to refund the money. We will not be responsible for the loss of the products during the return.

 

How can I return my Flying Burrito? 

 

Please make sure to follow these steps so that your return is processed correctly and efficiently:

 

  1. Notify us of the return using the contact form. Do not forget to tell us the order number.
  2. We will email you a return label. Locate it on the package.
  3. Take the package to a post office or a partner establishment (find the closest DELIVERY point to you)
