Which countries do we ship to?

We ship to any part of the European Union and the United Kingdom. We also ship to North America (USA and Canada). In South America (we ship to Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and Chile). And even to Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping to Spain

For Spain (Mainland), the delivery time is usually 3 business days. We use two shipping methods for the mainland:

·IN POST - PICK UP POINT. Cost 3.40€. This is the most economical and sustainable option, where you’ll need to pick up the order at a pick-up point.

·KEAVO. Cost 5.55€. For a little more, we’ll deliver it to the location you specify.

For the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days. We ship with UPS. The cost is 6.75€.

For Mainland and the Balearic Islands, free shipping on orders over 130€.

For the Canary Islands, the delivery time is usually 7 business days. We ship via Correos with certified mail. The cost is 15.90€. It’s not cheap, we know, but for now, it’s the best we can offer.

For the Canary Islands, free shipping on orders over 140€.

Shipping to the UE

For countries in the European Union, the delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days. We use three different shipping methods, depending on the destination and the coverage of our parcel service providers.

· IN POST - PICK UP POINT. Available in Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, mainland Italy, Luxembourg, and Portugal. This is the most economical and sustainable method. You’ll need to pick up the package at a pick-up point.

· UPS. We’ll send the package to the address you provide. Not available in all countries.

· CORREOS. This is Spain’s postal service. We’ll deliver the package to the address you provide. Available in most countries.

Shipping costs may vary depending on your destination and the available parcel service in your area. The best thing is to do a purchase simulation to see it.

For shipping to the United Kingdom, the delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days. The service we use is Correos, Spain’s postal service. The cost is 7.29€.

Shipping outside of Europe

For countries outside Europe, the delivery time can range between 15-30 business days, depending on the destination. In all cases, we ship with Correos, Spain’s postal service. The shipping is certified, and the cost is 15.90€.
